PEARLAND, Texas – Friends and family gathered Monday to honor the life of a slain teenager in Pearland.
Josh Wilkerson, 18, was beaten to death last week.
His funeral was held at Sagemont Church.
Investigators say his classmate, 19-year-old Hermilo Moralez, confessed to the crime.
Moralez has been charged with capital murder.
