PORTER, Texas – Three male suspects face charges of aggravated robbery after a crime spree Saturday afternoon in Montgomery County, deputies said.

According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, Jamichael Sasser, Malcolm Green and James Balca Jr. are each charged with four counts of aggravated robbery.

Deputies responded to the robbery at 4:20 p.m. at a home under construction in the 20500 block of Conery Grove Drive. The three armed suspects entered the home and demanded money and belongings from three construction workers.

The suspects then fled the scene on foot and their description was distributed to law enforcement agencies, deputies said.

While searching in the area, a MCSO unit was flagged down by a construction foreman at another new home under construction in the 21400 block of Lindell Run Drive. He advised that an employee at that location had been robbed at gunpoint by the same three suspects.

The construction foreman was able to provide a description of the suspects’ vehicle, deputies said.

Another MCSO patrol unit spotted the suspect vehicle and was able to stop and detain the suspects.
