LEAGUE CITY, Texas — The League City Police Department is asking residents to keep a look out for a pair of purse snatchers, including a person who might be a man dressing up in women’s clothing.
Detectives believe an older black woman used credit cards stolen from a vehicle at Big League Dreams in August, the city said.
The woman had an accomplice who, police believe, dressed up in women’s clothing during a purse theft at Walmart and H-E-B in League City. The two have been seen driving a dark blue car, possibly a Toyota Prius, the city said.
