LA MARQUE, Texas — Authorities on Wednesday arrested a man accused of throwing a teenager from a moving sport utility vehicle during a carjacking.

Bond for Clarence Lee, 32, was set at $250,000 on a robbery charge, stemming from a 6:20 a.m. Sunday incident at Walmart, 6410 Interstate 45, La Marque police Sgt. Shawn Spruill said.

A woman, 39, arrived at the store with her two children, but she left her son, 15, inside the unlocked and running SUV, Spruill said.
