HOUSTON—A homeless dog has a new home after charming Houston Mayor Annise Parker.
It happened during a photo shoot a couple weeks ago to promote an adopt a pet program at BARC.
The dog just couldn’t stop kissing the mayor and a cat and it seems the mayor couldn’t help but fall in love.
She ended up adopting the dog.
