LA MARQUE, Texas — It was 15 years ago today that Tiki Island teenager Jessica Cain never came home. In that time, there’s been no clue as to what happened or where Cain might be.
She is presumed to have been kidnapped, but despite exhaustive searches for clues by police and private investigator, all anyone knows for sure is that she is missing.
It’s an event that’s marked the lives of her friends and, in many ways, changed how local police react to reports of missing youth.
