HOUSTON – The Fort Bend Independent School District could have a new superintendent next month.
The board of trustees unanimously approved Charles Dupre as the finalist for superintendent.
They are expected to finalize his hiring at a special meeting on April 12 and he’s expected to start before June 1.
Dupre has served as superintendent of Pflugerville Independent School District in the Austin area since 2006.
