HOUSTON –- Firefighters with the Houston Fire Department responded to a blaze at a home northeast of downtown early Thursday.
The fire was reported around 3 a.m., according to HFD. Firefighters found heavy flames coming from an empty home on Quitman Street at Gregg Street.
The home was declared a complete loss, but no injuries were reported.
Arson investigators said they would work to determine a cause for the fire.
