HOUSTON -- A Houston father is facing charges after deputy constables found him jumping and dancing on his car in the nude.
It happened on Monday.
Precinct 7 says John Oney’s 2-year-old daughter was in the car unattended during the incident.
Oney is charged with endangering a child. He is being held in jail with no bond.
