CLEVELAND, Texas – A couple whose 2-year-old son drowned in a Liberty County pond in March stormed a foster home Tuesday night to get their 1-year-old daughter back, officials said.
April Davis and her husband apparently took the girl to Virginia, were they have family.
Authorities said there’s not much they can do – a judge never signed the paperwork allowing CPS to take the child.
Police said no crime was committed.
