HOUSTON -- Pranksters were at work Monday morning near downtown Houston.
If you were on Allen Parkway you may have noticed a few extra bubbles at the Wortham Fountain.
Someone dumped soap into the fountain which led to all the bubbles.
Investigators don't know who is responsible.
