NEW JERSEY - A man was arrested for climbing a roller coaster, which had been shutdown since being damaged by flood waters from Hurricane Sandy.
Police said Chris Angulo paddled a canoe to the coaster off the Jersey shore. He then climbed the structure and hung a US flag.
His mother said he was trying to call attention to the Sandy recovery.
