BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Idaho authorities have released the name of a 22-year-old Texas man killed at Lucky Peak Reservoir in southwest Idaho in a boating accident.

The Ada County Coroner's Office on Tuesday identified Wesley Matthews II of Kyle, Texas, as the man who died in the accident on Friday.

Officials tell KTVB-TV (http://bit.ly/1ocmN73) that Matthews lost his balance while standing on the front of the moving boat and fell.

Officials say the boat's propeller struck him, and that attempts to revive him after he was pulled back into the craft failed.

The coroner's office says Matthews died of blunt force trauma to the head. The death has been ruled an accident.
