FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) — A detention officer in San Antonio who allegedly was involved in a neighborhood dispute and gunfire that left a man hurt has been captured in North Texas.

The Bexar (bayr) County Sheriff's Office says Sidney Denbina was arrested Thursday after getting off an Amtrak train in Fort Worth. Tarrant County jail records show Denbina was being held without bond Friday on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Online records don't list an attorney for Denbina, who was sought after Wednesday night's standoff in the San Antonio area. Investigators say a man was shot during an argument. His name and medical condition weren't immediately released.

Denbina is a corrections officer at the Dominguez State Jail. The Texas Department of Criminal Justice did not immediately return messages Friday.
