BELLINGHAM, Wash. (AP) — A fugitive from Texas was arrested Thursday in Bellingham on a warrant accusing him of first-degree murder.
Michael Maurice Dupree is accused of killing 72-year-old Paul Marshal in 2009 in Van Zandt County, Texas.
