SAN ANTONIO (AP) — About 10 workers at a San Antonio produce plant have been treated for nausea and burning eyes authorities say was caused by abnormal chlorine levels.

Fire department authorities say they were called Sunday morning to the Fresh From Texas plant where fresh-cut fruits and vegetables are processed for delivery to San Antonio-area retailers.

Fire officials determined the abnormal level of chlorine in the air was coming from water used at the plant.

A manager there says as soon as a problem was discovered, workers quickly were evacuated. Some were sent home.
