CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas (AP) — An 18-year-old has been sentenced to 30 years in prison after pleading guilty for his role in the kidnapping and rape of an 11-year-old girl almost a year ago in Corpus Christi.
The Corpus Christi Caller-Times (http://bit.ly/1cH3M4F ) reports Colton Visor pleaded guilty Friday to aggravated kidnapping and aggravated sexual assault of a child.
Also indicted in the case were 18-year-old Eric Dimick and 19-year-old Jacob Musich. The indictment accused Musich of sexually assaulting her on Dec. 27, 2012, and Dimick and Visor of helping.
Prosecutor Kim Gonzalez said the girl's family was happy with the plea deal.
Musich, who pleaded guilty in October for his role, was sentenced to life in prison. Dimick's trial is set for February.
