CONROE, Texas (AP) — A Houston-area courts worker who allegedly tried to lure someone he thought was a 16-year-old boy to the government building for sex has been arrested.

Montgomery County jail records show 50-year-old Donald Edward Huse of The Woodlands was being held Tuesday on a charge of online solicitation of a minor. Online records don't list an attorney for Huse, whose bond was set at $250,000.

Prosecutors say Huse works for the county and a drug court in the Lee Alworth Building.

An undercover officer allegedly was contacted online by Huse on July 3 and again last Friday. A warrant says Huse suggested they meet and have sex in a secluded courthouse bathroom.

Huse was arrested Friday when he left his office allegedly on the way to the restroom rendezvous.
