Woodlands man drowns while competing in triathlon in Lake Livingston

LIVINGSTON, Texas - One person has drowned during a triathlon race in Lake Livingston, according to authorities.

The Texas Game Warden Dive team recovered the body of a 27-year-old man Sunday afternoon.

The man has been identified as Collin Campbell from The Woodlands. 

Authorities said he was participating in the Triathlon when he went missing around 8:40 a.m. during the swimming portion of the race.
