McKinney man, 21, accused of killing wife

McKINNEY, Texas -- A 21-year-old McKinney man is accused of fatally shooting his wife at a rural Collin County home early Sunday morning.

Around 4:40 a.m., police responded to a report of a man who had shot his wife and planned to turn himself in at the Collin County Sheriff’s Office.

A woman, identified as Kayley Winburn, was found dead at the residence on the 1800 block of County Road 329.

Jordan Sullivan, 21, was arrested just after 8 a.m. and charged with murder. He was booked into jail on $250,000 bond.

The circumstances leading up to the alleged shooting were not immediately clear.
