| Recommended Woman in critical condition after Southwest Houston house fire

HOUSTON—A Southwest Houston woman was in critical condition Friday after a fire broke out in her home.
It happened just before 10 a.m. on Croker Ridge.
The woman suffered burns and smoke inhalation.
She was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital.
Officials said the cause of the blaze was unclear.
