One dies after SUV reportedly runs red light

HOUSTON -- An 18-year-old woman is in the hospital after a crash early Saturday morning.
It happened on Veterans Memorial at Mount Houston in northwest Harris County.
Harris County deputies report that an SUV ran a red light and crossed into incoming traffic. The SUV hit another car.
The 18-year-old man in the car died, but his female passenger survived. The 18-year-old woman, who investigators said is two months pregnant, was flown to Memorial Hermann Hospital.
The driver of the SUV wasn't hurt, but he was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving.
