Innocent teen killed by stray bullet

HOUSTON – A 15-year-old boy, who was shot in southwest Harris County on Friday night ,has died in a hospital.
According to police, the boy was in the wrong place at the wrong time. He was allegedly shot in the head by a stray bullet.
It happened during a fight between two people in the parking lot of the Sierra Apartments around 7:15 p.m. One of the people pulled out a gun, and the bullet hit the teen who happened to be in the area.
Police said when they arrived, they did questioned a person of interest. However, the person got angry and reportedly began shooting at the officers.
The officers did shoot back, but the gunman ended up getting away.
