No charges for dad accused of leaving baby in car

HOUSTON—A man accused of leaving his child in a hot car has been no-billed by a Harris County Grand Jury.
Daniel Fu was supposed to take is 7-month-old daughter to day care on March 15, but police said he went straight to work instead.
Fu said he didn’t realize he’d left his daughter in the car until he arrived to pick her up at day care that afternoon.
