City to vote on new Kingwood library

KINGWOOD, Texas—A new library in Kingwood is closer to becoming a reality.
This week, the Houston City Council will decide whether to spend more than $6 million to build the facility.
The library will have an extra meeting space, computer access, and plenty of parking.
In previous votes, city council expressed support for the library.
