The crane toppled over and landed on the back of a flatbed truck not far from the freeway.

No one was hurt, according to the Houston Fire Department.

The crane was reportedly removing a Kingwood pylon sign sitting in the middle of a pond. The pond was partially drained to give access for the crane.

The sign has been there since the 1970s.

Investigators will be sent to the site to determine the cause.

Earlier Monday, a worker was hit by a crane at a worksite in Rosharon. He was rushed by Life Flight to Memorial Hermann Hospital.

On Friday, four workers were killed and seven were hurt when a crane collapsed at LyondellBasell.
