Boy born to jailed mom of 'Baby Grace' in foster care

GALVESTON, Texas -- CPS says a baby born to the mother of "Baby Grace" will remain in foster care for now.
Someone with the agency said that the foster family will have temporary custody of the infant while a family member, who wants to care for the infant, goes through a routine background investigation.

Kim Trenor gave birth to the baby boy last week.
Trenor, 19, along with her husband, Royce Clyde Zeigler III, is accused of fatally beating Riley Ann Sawyers last summer.
Trenor and Zeigler are both awaiting trial for capital murder and being held in the Galveston County jail on bonds of $850,000 each.
Trenor’s trial was scheduled for November to allow her to recover from the birth.
