Motorcyclist slams into 18-wheeler, dies

HOUSTON -- A motorcyclist was killed Tuesday evening after hitting an 18-wheeler on East Houston Road.

Houston police said the motorcyclist was turning left onto East Houston from Attwater around 7 p.m. when he hit the truck.

Several other 18-wheelers were parked on the road.

The motorcyclist died instantly.
