HOUSTON—The FBI Houston Bank Robbery Task Force is seeking your help identifying the “Runny Nose Robber.” 

The suspect robbed a Capital One Bank on Westheimer Tuesday morning holding a handkerchief over his nose.

The suspect entered the bank around 9:55 a.m. and put a note on the teller counter, demanding money and threatening to shoot if he wasn’t given any.

The teller gathered the cash.

All the while, the suspect kept the hankey pressed to his face. 

After obtaining the cash, the suspect fled on foot.  He never displayed a weapon, and no one was physically hurt.

The “Runny Nose Robber” is described as a white male between 20 and 28 years old, 5’7” – 5’8” tall and 150-160 pounds.  He has a think build and a fair complexion. 

During the robbery, he wore a blue bandana on his head, a grey hooded sweatshirt, jeans and tennis shoes.
