HOUSTON -- It's been a tough week for 103-year-old Huey Long. The legendary musician has been in St. Joseph's Medical Center trying to recuperate from a nasty fall.

His daughter said he's also been depressed because he's been separated from a dear old friend -- his guitar.
Long was a member of the famous group known as the Ink Spots. They performed all over the world back in the day.
Last year, Long temporarily turned over his rare guitar to a woman named Nancy Tankelson. He signed a contract allowing her to make a documentary about his life.
But when he was unable to help her complete the project because of his declining health, Long and his daughter wanted the guitar back.
She refused and they accused her of holding the precious guitar hostage.
Long's daughter took Tankelson to court Friday and Judge Ken Wise ruled the guitar must be returned -- immediately.
But the judge also ruled that Tankelson will be allowed to take the guitar for a few days next month to complete her film.
Both sides appeared to be happy with the ruling.
"My intentions have always been good and thank you for airing my side," said Tankelson.
Less than 90 minutes after the ruling, Long's attorney delivered the guitar.
"I believe this is yours," Ken Ward said as he handed it over.
"There it is! There it is daddy," said Long's daughter.
I'm just happy to have it back," said Long as he strummed the old guitar.
