4 Houston men indicted in mortgage scheme

Four Houston men have been indicted in a mortgage scheme that federal investigators say netted them millions of dollars.
The arrests are the result of an FBI and U.S. Housing and Development Office investigation.
Officials say the men would setup several businesses.
They say that the men would then recruit people to apply for mortgages of properties.
The suspects would then pocket the cash loan, said officials.
