Two sought in van attack on Home Depot worker
12:21 AM CST on Thursday, February 28, 2008
Police are searching for two men, who they call "persons of interest" in a brutal attack on a Katy Home Depot employee.
Last week, Donald Thomas tried to stop a group of men who were stealing pallets from the home improvement store. In their attempt to get away, the suspects ran over him with their van.
Investigators want to talk with Saul Chicas and Julio Escolero. Police believe they were in that van that hit Thomas.
Thomas is still in critical condition. Home Depot is offering a $50,000 reward for the arrest of those responsible for the attack.
