Head-on collision leaves 1 woman hurt, several cars damaged

The North Freeway is open again Friday morning after a major wrong-way accident.

Police say the driver was drunk and somehow got on to I-45 south going in the wrong direction.

The suspect hit at least three cars before he slammed head-on into a car near downtown.

The woman in car was taken to the hospital.

She is in critical condition.

The alleged drunk driver was not hurt.
