A Kingwood woman scored big, thanks to a hot breakfast.

Ashley Berry won $1million in the McDonald’s MONOPOLY 2007 game by buying a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit.

Berry says she was on her way to church when she topped by the restaurant at 2162 North Park Drive in Kingwood and bought the meal.

When she realized she had the winning MONOPOLY piece, she went inside and told a crew member at the counter,”Tell me if I’m crazy, but I think I just won a lot of money!”

As the winner, Berry rode in the McDonald’s Shoe Car during the Thanksgiving Day Parade on November 22nd in downtown Houston.

“As a mother of a two-year old child and another one on the way, this amazing news could not come at a better time,” said Berry. “MONOPOLY is a fun game I look forward to playing each year - I am so excited I won!”

Berry says the best thing about it is she can now quit her job and “McDonald’s will pay me to take care of my babies.”
