An about face by the Houston Police Department as it steps up its investigation into the disappearance of a minister.

Investigators said Friday they would impound Pastor Chester Miles’ car and search it for evidence.

They found the car earlier this week with two teens inside. But instead of checking it out, they returned it to his wife.

Those two teenagers in the car when it was found were not even questioned about the minister's disappearance.

Chester Miles was last seen dropping off his daughter at her school Monday morning.
