Cops arrest Deer Park man who made bomb

Police in Harris County investigating a death threat stumbled upon an explosive situation Tuesday.
Officers responded to a home in the 5100 block of Regal Pine Way in Deer Park.
It was there they say Kyle Ryan Ray, 22, had threatened to harm someone and had built a homemade bomb.
Prosecutors have charged Ray with making terroristic threats.
More charges could be pending.
