Northline Mall gets a new look

One of the oldest shopping centers in Houston is getting a modern makeover.

Northline Mall is now called Northline Commons.

The new sign went up Monday.

The mall will eventually be demolished.

It will be replaced by an 850,000 square foot open air shopping center.

Popular stores like Ross, Marshall’s and Office Depot will also move there.
