The boy was playing on a rock wall when he fell into the water

“It just happened so quick, and he was gone,” witness Ruby Garcia said. She saw the boy’s family begin the frantic search. “The mother was real—trying to get in the water, jump in for her sun—but it happened by the rocks,” Garcia said.

The Coast Guard searched for hours Sunday, but to no avail.

Now Texas EquuSearch needs your help in searching for the boy’s body.

The group needs people that can walk the shore line and search in boats.

Others wanting to help are also welcome to join the search.
