A woman fell off of her horse Friday afternoon during a rodeo trail ride.

Apparently she was trying to reach for her lead rope when she slipped off.

She was a part of the Mission Trail Ride, and she was waiting near Memorial Park.

An ambulance was called to the scene, and she was transported to the hospital alert and conscious.

Her condition is unknown at this time.
