Police are looking for two stolen four-wheelers after a smash-and-grab burglary in north Harris County.

The truck smashed through the store's front windows.

The suspects backed their pickup truck into the front of the store, which is located at Richey Road and the North Freeway.

It's not the first time the Power Toy Cycles shop has been broken into.

It happened at about 2 a.m. Wednesday.

“One guy got out and came and grab a 4 wheeler from this side,” said owner Francisco Solis.

Solis knows the story all too well.

“Real fast, one minute ten seconds,” he said.

That’s how long it took for thieves to hit his bike shop in north Houston.

“This is the second time in one month,” said Solis.

But now it’s different. The thieves were caught on tape.

It’s as if he’s doing a play-by-play on how his own valuable merchandise was stolen as he watches the tape.

Hard to watch, even harder to comprehend.

“Almost 10 years doing some work until I get this place,” Solis said.

After backing through the front glass doors with a truck, the men loaded two 4-wheelers on its flatbed. They were gone less than 90 seconds later.

The truck was later found several miles away from the store, but it was on fire. The suspects and the stolen merchandise were gone.

“Real angry but what else I can do other than be mad?” Solis said.

Solis says the two bikes were worth about $5,000 and he’s still recuperating from the first robbery.

“I’ve already spent like $5,000 or $6,000 and I got another bill for 11,000 to finish the repairs,” said Solis.

It’s enough money to make him think twice about moving back home.

“This thing make me feel like going back to Mexico you know, sell everything and go back,” he said.

But he says, he’ll give it one more try, hoping the surveillance tape will help bring him justice and peace of mind.
