MONT BELVIEU -- It was a terrifying morning for a worker who fell while
inspecting a water tower in the Chambers County town of Mont Belvieu
Monday.
KHOU The man fell some 50 feet before landing on a platform.
The man was performing a routine inspection on the tower in the 11900 block of Cherry Point near Hwy. 146.
He fell some 50 feet or five stories before landing on a platform about 70 feet off the ground.
A high-angle rescue team got the man down.
He was transported by Life Flight to Memorial Hermann Hospital.
