Jury selection is under way in the trial of a former Houston pastor
charged with sexually assaulting a member of his church.
James Eugene Tucker Jr. is accused of raping a woman in 1998.
According to authorities, the woman claims the assault happened while
she was undergoing marriage counseling with Tucker at Abundant Life
Church.
The woman says she was afraid to come forward at first.
Tucker later resigned as the pastor of the church.
