HUMBLE, TEXAS - The Harris County Sheriff's Office says a 19-year-old man has been charged in the shooting that wounded two kids and two teens in Humble on Sept. 26.

Investigators say the suspect, Timothy Caston, is out of jail after posting a $30,000 bond.

Investigators say Caston was at his home in the Kenswick Meadows subdivision at about 6 p.m. when a group of teens approached and an argument ensued. Caston allegedly got a handgun and shot at the teens.

An 18-year-old male and his 15-year-old sister were grazed by bullets, and two children, ages 6 and 11, were struck in the lower leg area across the street from Caston’s home.

Witnesses identified Caston as the shooter, and he was later taken into custody. He’s charged with aggravated assault with serious bodily injury, according to the HCSO.

All four victims were treated and released after making a full recovery.

Caston has a court date of Nov. 1.
