HOUSTON – Investigators are trying to sort of who was responsible for a two-vehicle accident involving a Houston Police unit in southwest Houston early Friday.
According to the Houston Police Department, it happened at 4 a.m. on S. Braeswood at S. Gessner.
Investigators said at that time the HPD unit was traveling west on S. Braeswood and was making a left turn to go onto S. Gessner heading south That is when a car traveling east on S. Braeswood collided with the HPD officer.
According to the HPD accident investigation sergeant, both parties were claiming to have a green light. They are trying to figure out who had the red light.
No injuries were reported.
