Rain, rain won't go away
01:36 PM CST on Thursday, January 24, 2008
It's going to be windy, rainy and cold all day Thursday.
"We'll struggle to hit 45," 11 News meteorologist David Paul said.
Rain chances will hover around 60 percent -- probably higher. The rain is coming in from the west, with a little heavier rain falling in the northern parts of the viewing area.

Keep your umbrellas handy for the rest of the day.
"A subtropical jetstream just continues to freight train that moisture in from the Pacific," Paul said.
Friday will be much of the same, but it should warm up to the low 60s for the weekend.
A winter storm watch is in effect from Dallas to Waco to Abilene. Interstate 20 West on Friday could be an issue with travel.
