Man found fatally shot, tied with duct tape

HOUSTON – Police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man they found bound with duct tape around his ankles, mouth and eyes Monday.
Police found the victim with a gunshot wound to the head in the 8100 block of Maplecrest.
Witnesses reported hearing several gunshots and seeing two vehicles, a white sedan with dark tint and a red sedan, leave the scene.
Further investigation determined the victim had been taken to the listed address from a different location.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
