Mom who married in Africa indicted

HOUSTON -- A grand jury indicted the mother accused of leaving her kids alone to get married in Africa.
Shanell Mosley faces two felony charges of child endangerment, and she remains in jail with no bond.
Mosley went to Africa to marry a Nigerian man in January. She claims the whole thing is a misunderstanding, and that her sister was supposed to come to Houston to care for the children.
The mother of six said she did not know anything was wrong until her 15-year-old daughter called her crying, telling her to never come back.
Mosley's next court date is May 6.
