Food fight! Local chef battles 'Iron Chef'

Sharpen those knives, Houston: A local chef is taking on the "Iron Chef" Sunday night.

Ibiza's chef Charles Clark faces Iron Chef Mario Batali on the Food Network at 9 p.m.
But Clark isn't the only representation from Houston. His team includes Tony's executive chef Olivier Ciesielski and chef Lance Warren, formerly of St. Regis.
Batali has several Italian restaurants in New York City.
No word on what the secret ingredient for the showdown in Iron Chef America's kitchen will be.
