Convicted ex-TSU officer wants a new trial

Convicted felon and former Texas Southern University chief financial officer Quintin Wiggins was back in a Harris County courtroom Tuesday.
His attorney is asking that Wiggins be granted a new trial.
In May he was sentenced to 10 years in prison for misusing hundreds of thousands of university dollars.
He fired his first attorney and is now appealing the verdict.
