LULAC alleges discrimination in Houston's Aviation Department

LULAC has filed a complaint with the Justice Department, alleging discrimination in Houston's Aviation Department.

It says it has received numerous complaints from Hispanics who claim they were subjected to a hostile work environment.

City Attorney Art Michelle says the city takes the allegations seriously and will cooperate with any investigation.
